How to make Flash5 Projection (EXE) run fast enough in all PCs?

I am working on Flash5 and export Projection (EXE) sized 2 MB.
My problem is that the projection EXE run very slow in some PC with low resource! What can I do like make it smaller or split it into smaller EXE and run?
Please help...

Basically you have to build the exe to run optimally in terms of ram and processor speed. Excessive tweening will bring any computer to a crawl when using flash. Flash is just not the ideal application authoring environment. It is handy that it can do so, but you don't have too much control in terms of how to control the computer. Try building the exe to run well over the web, and you might have better luck with it on slower machines.

ya, one thing that is kinda ovious, but still workes is the size. if you can deel without full screen or even half screen it will make a HUGE differance.
