How to make an Image Pop Up from rollover on Text

The following link is to a live site with some text behavior that I am trying to duplicate.

When you mouse over the text of a 4 year old buck a thumbnail image appears. The box then disappears after mouse out. Can you do this function with Dreamweaver?

This is done in CSS as a tooltip technique.

You could do 'view->source' and see how they did it, OR google it.
