I have Notel BCM 3.7 with CallPilot. On one incoming line, the Auto Attendant has a CCR. A little while after the CCR's prompt is done, if the caller does not make a selection, the caller gets transferred to the General Mailbox on DN 1000. How can I change the default mailbox for this one incoming line / Auto Attendant? I can't find a setting in the Call Pilot's web interface.
