I want a template in outlook so that the body of the email is already written and all I have to do is add a few personal touches to the email before sending it out.
Open a new mail and just write out the e-mail and then click on TOOLS - FORMS - PUBLISH FORMS AS.
Save the form to your personal forms library. Then each time you want to call it up (from the Outlook interface and not the new mail interface) click on TOOLS - FORMS - CHOOSE FORM. Go to your personal forms library and select the form. Then you will have a new message created with the context and you can edit it as needed from that point.
(You can make this one step easier by customizing your toolbar and add the Choose Form option to the standard toolbar.)

I made a "test" template/form but now I want to delete it. How do i go about doing that? I cant just click it and hit delete and right-click doesn't work either.
You have to delete it from the customs forms manager.
