How to make a "loading..." presentation when loading movie?

I've seen them a lot of times. The loading presentations! It says: "Loading..." and plays a timeline which is counting up to 100%... How to do that? And I want to make it so that you don't come back to it when I right click and click back text. And I want the loading timeline to be real.. not fake!

If someone knows how to do this, respond right the way!

It's called a preloader.

This is a very basic example. It doesn't show percentage loaded, but it easily could, changing but a few lines of code.
