How to make a line only ring two extensions and not role anyplace else.

I want to make line 809 go ring to only extensions 187 and 199. If they don't answer then the call needs to go to the VM of 187. How do I do this. I have tried a few things but cannot get the calls to quit going to the general mailbox. Please help.

assign 809 to 187 and 199.
Assign principle user of 809 to 187.
Principle user assigns ownership of a trunk to a user.

Also, make sure the line 809 isn't in a pool....
