How to lower volume on uploaded MOH

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to lower the volume on tracks uploaded to the IP Office. I have seen this question has been answered many moons ago, back on release 2 and the answer then was to lower the volume on windows media player and then re-upload. Is there an easier way to do this yet? As I am not sure how to permanently lower the volume on windows media player.

You need to use a WAV file editor to reduce the volume on the file, then upload the file with the lower volume to the system.
