how to look at the classes & methods in .xll file

I have an excel addin and (excel 2003). I have added to my excel file. I can't see any classes thru object browser.

is there a way that I can view the classes & methods available in an xll file?

using "addin" option,I added the .xll file.

I went to VBA editor for this excel file and tried to add the corresponding .dll file . it says it can't add this dll for some reason.
