From the picture you attached - the Administration and Data Server (ADS) bottom processor is showing a digit 8.
It should show a dash/dot -. if the ADS is up and running.

The 2 processors above are trying to load but should show A or S (Active or Standby) if/when they are working correctly.

You need to have the -. on the ADS to log on via the Atlantic/Service LAN
The COM Port is to log on to the Unix, the COM port does not allow you to log on to the telephone system as such like in the previous versions.

Try taking out the top card - the LAN card with the multiple sockets, also take out the processor under that (top processor) and see if it loads up then.

What is the history of this - was it working previously or are you just setting it up ?

Yes it was in the working condition but I used DEA-DSSM:A,1,,YES; this cmd from that time I unable to logon with atlantic as well as service port. How to turn on ADS?

Activate the Hard Disk -
ACT-DSSM:A1,1;

If necessary reload the system to get everything working -
EXE-UPDAT:BP,ALL;
EXE-UPDAT:A1,ALL;
EXE-REST:SYSTEM,RELOAD;

Thank you so much, Its works...
