Hi, I'm using IPO 500 R8 with 9608 IP Sets..

We have various 9608 on the showroom floor, everybody has personalized their phone and when it rings it sounds very unprofessional, because everyone has a different tone playing.

How do I disable the ringtone selection and set 1 ringtone for everybody?

thanks in advance!

telling all 80 people to set their phone to 1 ringtine is my final solution.

there must be a better way.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

BTW what tlpeter posted is loaded by and applied to all phones.

yeah, i knew it was a all-or nothing type of setting..

once this TXT file has been changed, do I reboot all the phones?

Yes you need to reboot them otherwise they won't load the file.
