morning everyone. I am running out of DDI numbers to assign users and I'm looking to find a way to achieve the following searches:

1. free/unprogrammed numbers - (I've managed this using the LOCATE ALL FREE DN command)
2. numbers which are programmed but not in use (i.e. when you call them, your phone says "out of service" because the extension you're calling isn't connected)
3. numbers which are programmed but never make/receive calls?

Any help you can provide is very much appreciated.

2: Look in programmed phones, all OOS show as such. You can then relate that to the ddi list.
3: Dunno but suspect SMDR records are going to be of help. Or get your SP to do you a bill based on DDI numbers; but that depends on whether you release the DDI outgoing or just the main billing number. Other than that a local call logging record should give you the answer.
