how to load static images when flash not available?

How do you make sure a page is not broken when flash is not installed or has been disabled by an ad blocker? For example, if you look at this url:

http://www.inexpensivedomains.com/support/

and you disable flash in your browser, the entire page is hosed. I'd like to know how to keep that from happening by loading jpg's or gif's instead.
