How to limit storage time for messages?

Is it possible to limit storage time for messages in a mailbox in Octel 200 Serenade R4?
I cannot find this setting neither in Information Table nor in System Parameter Table.

Hi smetse!
It is done in the INFO table.
INFO table index 22 indicates the max. message length in minutes. (standard is 6 minutes)
And the index 23 indicates the Max. number of messages.
(standard is 32 messages).
This is done pr. COS.

It looks like my question was not clear enough.
I was trying to find out how to limit the time messages are kept in a mailbox. I guess it is called “Purge New and Saved Message Threshold”.
I found how to do that. It is in the CSTAT Table, entries 3 and 4.

OK.
I did not see that this question delt with new (i.e. not yet listened to) and saved messages already in the MB.
But the CSTAT should do the job here.

You can set the purge time in the info table for new and saved messages on COS base or if your looking for a global solution look in the system parameters for the new and saved message time settings. BTW if you set it to a retention date of shorter that messages already stored, they will be erased. You can also add a COS attribute (sorry don’t remember off the top of my head) to override the purge timelines set in the system parameters.
