how to learn about GP Dictionaries

Hello,

I sure hope you can help. Our business is a small distribution company. We are trying to utilize the "order fullfillment" option in this software to no avail. According to the directions everything is set up correctly but it still does not work. If you know of any more directions other then what Great Plains provides please let me know.
