How to know who opened the Batch List

Hi all,

I Have a problem when i want post/provisional post, this is the error message
"This batch is currently locked by another user. You will not be able to set its status to Ready To Post until everyone has left it"
I know the problem is someone opened that batch, but how to know who opened that batch?
For information, this is SAGE 300ERP 2012 VERSION.

You can't in version 2012, you need 2014 or higher.

In version 2014 we can know user A open GL Batch List and batch entry no 14?

You can't. All you know is they have the GL batch screen open. Then you call them on the phone.

the problem is now they use 2012 version, and they have 45 lanpak user, and still call them one by one.

Upgrading is a very simple process from 2012 to 2014.
