How to know our "my workplace" size? n how to change it?

Can you tell me how to know our "my workplace" size? n how to change it?
I saw in the admin page there's no specific menu for this.

There is no method out of the box to do this, although there are lots of LiveReports that will show you the size of any container, including Personal Workspaces etc.

Billing and Quota Management provides functionality to Quota and limit the users Personal Workspace, but this is a small facet of the overall system.

There are other partners that provide quota management functionality if you require it.

I got the query for getting "current-used" of user's personal workspaces. But I still dont get the query about how to get the maximum capacity allowed in each workspaces.
If I see in the OpenText Knowledge centre, most likely we dont have any limitation on my workspace. So I think that, what we can do to manage the workspace is just creating a script for sending user an email once her/his workspace's capacity exceed our declared limit such as 1G or 2G.
What do you think about my idea, is it possible?

There is no limit out of tbe box on Workspaces, unless you add some Quota Management tools, as indicated in my earlier mail, which will do a similar process to what you outline, but in an automated way. As such your solution is certainly possible.
