I have a generic user who is MNS'd onto another generic user (switchboard) IP phones

SUDIP: shows
DIR Keyy
*4000
2900 40 0

KSMDE command

KSMDE:DIR=2900,MNS=4000;

returns DIR not an ODN

help !

If it is a TSW, try with:

GEFKE:DIR=??,KEY=?;

HI,
That worked, but I need to initialise it now,

IP extension 4000

GEFKI:DIR=2900,KEY=40 ...........

needs to be an MNS buttong on 2900

SUDIP shows

KEY FCN VALUE PHYSICAL KEY
40..MNS.4000..47

Hi, the command is the next (from ALEX).

DIG=XXXX;
GEFKI:DIR=XXX,KEY=XXX,FCN=XXX,
