how to kill an MNS key

I have a generic user who is MNS'd onto another generic user (switchboard) IP phones

SUDIP: shows
DIR Keyy
*4000
2900 40 0

KSMDE command

KSMDEIR=2900,MNS=4000;

returns DIR not an ODN

help !

If it is a TSW, try with:

GEFKEIR=??,KEY=?;

That worked, but I need to initialise it now,

IP extension 4000

GEFKIIR=2900,KEY=40 ...........

needs to be an MNS buttong on 2900

Hi, the command is the next (from ALEX).

DIG=XXXX;
GEFKIIR=XXX,KEY=XXX,FCN=XXX,
MNS=XXX,CALALT=X;



DIR = Directory number.

KEY = Selected Key.Logical key on which function shall exist.
KEY which is programmed.
FCN = Key function. TNS or MNS
DIG = Associated number digits.
MNS = Multiple directory number with name selection.
CALALT = Call alternative. 0 (default) or 1.
If the parameter is omitted, a default value will be used.
