There is an option in access 2007 which make a group be printed together in the first page if possible .

for example , let's say we have students in classes in a school >>>

class 1
Student name1 ,Student name2 ,Student name3
class 2
Student name 1 , Student name 2, Student name 3
Class 3
..........
and so on ...........

we want the page to have full classes no a part of the class
so we can say that we want to keep the class students together .... How to make it in access 2002 or 2003 .....

Thank U

I would make a subreport with the detailed information (Students & classes) and place it in your main report which lists the classes.

I made what you suggested. It was a good idea. Thank U very much
