Here's what I know.
1. my home network in a win 2000 server (c/w domain controller)
2. 12 clients attached to domain.
3. wife's laptop (winxp) is used at two locations
loc 1 win2k domain loc 2 - win 2000 workgroup
4. XP laptop needs to connect to workgroup to access files
and printer while at work and connect to domain resources
How do I get permission for the laptop on the two networks.
The last employer set up laptop at work and could log in at work and see domain at home.
I think it is just a permission issue with Win2k since we tried to join just the win2k workgroup and abandon the domain and it failed aswell
Any thoughts?
Thanks
David
