Hi all,

I dont't know if this is the right forum, but I need to invoke a VB-Script from my Linux-Box on a Windows2000 System to gather some Data, that I'd like to plot via MRTG.
Until now I didn't find any information how to do that.
As this solution is important to me, I'd apreciate any
help.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Fred

Are you running Samba on your linux box? We have a linux server that runs a script through the samba server everytime someone logs on. I don't know how to set it up, but that may be an avenue to explore.

You can instal ssh onto the windows server and use expect on the linux server to login to the windows server and run the script.
