Hi,

I'm use to an office disk and a simple install, but office 2010 is a little different and I'm not sure how to install:

I have 4 disks:

office web apps
Lync 2010
Business Content manager
last disk says only: (Volume Licensing Key Required)

All 4 say: Microsoft Office Professional Plus, all say "applications" also on the disk.

Whatis all this and how do I install. One disk has a product key on back.

Thanks

Um - that suggests that it is a corporate version you've got there

OK, well I didn't know that. Yes, I got this through a state service who is helping me get my software up to date. So I'm not surprised it's a "corporate" version. I've been trying everywhere to find support on how to install it - were do I get help?

The state service may rather unfortunately be giving you software that it shouldn't be.

Volume licenses, available to companies (and other organisations such as various government bodies organisations and schools) are for use of the staff of those organisations (and, in the case of schools, to the pupils) whilst they are employed by the organisation. They should not be handed out to anyone else.

I'd revert to the state service in question, and ask them for assistance.
