How to install Inline::Java in windows without installing VS 1

Hi,
I need to know if there is a way to install Inline::Java in Windows without having installed Visual Studio. I tried to make a bundle with dependent files like NMAKE, in order to install in a fresh Windows machine but that is not working. My only concern is that just for using Inline::Java in Perl I dont want to install VS.

Thanks, but I was specifically was looking for Inline::Java since it looks like that there is no ppm file for the same. I have checked the following repository

http://ppm.activestate.com/PPMPackages/zips/8xx-builds-only/Windows/

I also tried " ppm install

http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/Inline-Java.ppd

", but this also didnt work.
If you are aware of any such Inline-Java.ppd then please let me know.
