How to install FlashPlayer plug-in (possible?)

I need to install the latest flash player update /plug-in. SInce it installs automatically form the web site, I cant create a package. What's the best way to do this. Thanks...

Specs: OS is W'XP, SMS2.0 w/SP4

You can download the flash player exe from download.com, only 500 odd KB. Package it up, sorted.

Macromedia provides a Windows MSI installer for the Flash Player distribution. Customers can license the Windows MSI installer by selecting the Flash Player only licensing option for Intranet distribution. Customers will then be sent a link to download the Windows MSI installer.

great! What I did was call Macromedia (in the Phillipines) and asked them to send me a stand-alone copy of the installer. I had the installer 5 minutes later, which was great but what about for those companies that don't offer instant phone support or a stand-alone version. Will I be SOL?
