how to install Access2000 into Office2003

How can I install Access 2000 into my Office 2003 on my new computer? I tried a custom install and it appears to laod, but when I double click on access a window comes up that says intializing Windows XP Pro and then nothing happens.

I'm afraid you have to uninstall acc2000 and off2003.
Then install acc2000 prior to off2003.

Thanks, I'll give that a shot, but it seems kind of cumbersome. I've had to reload Office2003 once already and it took a long time - about 8 hours. Don't know if I was doing something wrong. Maybe I should disable Norton Antivirus?

Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work, as some folders apprently didn't get deleted.

Got the problem figured out, but had to spend 2 hours on the phone with a techie in India. Apparently folders for Office 2007 got created, so we had to track that stuff down and delete it. It was complex, but the different versions of office create folders call Office07, Office10, Office11 etc and they need to be deleted and other cleaning done. Office11 folder contains the Office 2003 operating files.

Also it does not clean out the registry entries you need a reg cleaner.
