Do you mean a null column? If so......

In the query builder window select the calculation button. When you insert the calculation, slect the values folder, select string and then OK the window. The report will then run and place a blank column in the results.

If you want just a space column in the output, select Insert Other Objects and look for 'Column Spacer'.
