Hi, we have to transfer calls to one voice mailbox and we want to be able to just use the auto dial instead of doing it manually (dialing the express messaging number, enter extension #). Is there I can insert a pause when entering auto dial digits. If the digits were stored just like doing it manually, the phone dials the express messaging number but does not dial the other numbers after the EM. Can you suggest other options that we can use.

Thanks

is this an unattended VM box or is it toan actual phoneset?
if it is just a VM box w/o a phone, why use EM?

you can't program the pause for that call.. you can add a pause (,) after an acod but not during a station to station transfer..++

one work around i've used is a maxp 1 acd ncfw to mail.. then add the actual dn as an ext dn.. it can still light the same lamp..with the voice mail dn going direct to mail you can do the one step transfer

Try using the * (Example ADL 16 9*5551212#)
I think a * equals 3 second pause, # equals done
