How to increase number of digit manipulation tables 1

I was looking on adding a new dgt for a second option for a route and noticed all existing dgts were being used ( 1 thru 9). I went to create a new(#10) and I received an ESN026 error. I believe I have maxed out the number of dgt tables on the system. Any thoughts on what I need to do to change this so I can create a few more?

When that doesn't work, increase the MXDM

MXSD is SDRR thingys
MXDM is DMI Tables
