How to import .pst file of Outlook in Outlook Express

I want to import a .pst file of Outlook in Outlook Express?

I have tried to follow the step how to do it, but the problem is at the last step, I always have a message says: not the right format....

It's the only file mymail.pst that I select, what can be wrong?

Make a copy of the file.pst and rename it mymail.dbx, than try importing.
