How to Identify Pixel Color of an Image

It's about an image loaded in a MovieClip object. Is there any simple solution to identify the color as the mouse pointer is over that pixel?

My bad: I didn't mentioned that I want to do that in Flash MX 2004, so the swf file can run in Flash Player 7.

Thanks anyway.
