How to I RESTORE/REINSTALL a Trusted Identity TLS Certificate in SMGR 6.3?

While updating CA Certificates in my SMGR - I accidently REMOVED two Trusted Certificate for TLS Validating signing in. One for OUTBOUND, One for INBOUND. After Restart - I am unable to connect to the SMGR Web Login page. Please help...
