I would like to ask you about my issue:
When I call to number "X" in my company, the agent is telling me about the wrong way and transferring my call to VDN "Y", then, when i am connecting with agent which is assigned via skill to VDN "y" but the agent see the full number of this VDN, and we need to see the name of the VDN.
It is possible?
