How to hide Read Only message at grid?

Dear all,

I have a grid and make it as readonly. After make that project become .exe, and open the grid form, that always show This Control is read-only at the right top after I press anykey at keyboard.

How do / Can I hide that message even the keyboard touch/keypresed?
