I am using Small Business Server 2000 with Exchange and I have an internet e-mail account that all users need to check at the same time (e-mails from this account need to go to all mailboxes) Is this possible and if so how?

Thanks!

HI.

If the email is something like sales@company.com where company.com is your domain and mail server, then you simply can use a group.

If it is an address on external server, you can ask the mail-server admin to forward all mail to an address of a list on your server.

If not, please provide more details.

part of the problem is that we do not have a static ip address...we are just using exchange for internal messaging...but I need to be able to have the messages from this internet account go to all my users

one option might be to "leave a copy one the server" under the advanced tab of the internet mail profile. then all users will "get" a copy of all the mail when they check. then once somebody deletes it from your mail server all users would have a copy of it in their personal folders. but if a user deletes it from theirs only, the next time they log on they would recieve it again.
