I'm trying route to 3 different hunt groups. Group A goes into VM Pro-AA where it checks for regular business hours, plays a greeting and transfer to a group. Group B and C are a different story I need to set it up with no time profile people need to be able take the hunt group in and out of service at will the problem is how do I setup different greetings based on whether or not it is in or out of service. Right now I have it fallback to a night service group with no users and voicemail the problem is the initial greeting for that group doesn't match the message in voicemail box. In other words in night mode the callers get the "thank you ... pls hold for next avail.." greeting message and then get transfered in to the night box telling them "no one is avail pls leave a message" Just being able to skip the initial greeting when in night mode would solve my prolbem. Any suggestions, a better way to set this up perhaps?
