how to give a user the right to start/Stop a service

Hallo,
is there a way to give certain users the right to start/stop certain services without making them local administrator ? Wim Vanherp

Which OS are you using? I think Win2K has the ability to publish MMCs to allow this.
 
Can you give a bit more explanation about power users? I searched for power users with google but i did not find anything related to my question. Wim Vanherp

Power Users is a group - basically means sub-administrator. They can do a lot of things on the PC/domain, but not everything an Administrator can do.

You find it in User Manager (its a built-in group).
