How to get Windows XP like taskbar in Windows 2008?

Hi,
I am very used to Windows XP and I really love the taskbar from Windows XP. For example if I open multiple Microsoft Excel files I get each file displayed in separate icon. But in Windows 2008 all of the documents are displayed behind single icon in taskbar. I really hate this - it drives me nuts. How to set Windows xp like taskbar in Windows 2008?

Tight click on the taskbar and select properties, then un-check "group similar taskbar buttons"

then click OK

that should read Right click and not Tight click
