How to get total number of times the agent used a particular AUX

Hi All,

Good afternoon. I would like to ask if we can get the average time an agent used a particular AUX in a month and the total number of times that the agent clicked AUX. Thank you very much.

If you have CMS Supervisor

Go to Reports --> Historical tab --> Agent --> AUX Monthly
You also have the AUX Interval and AUX Daily reports to drill down even further.
