How to get top 10 in pivot table

Hi all.

Is it at all possible to get only the top 10 in a pivot table using VBA? Any ideas how to do it?

This is from the help file:

ActiveSheet.PivotTables("Pivot1").PivotFields("Company") _
.AutoShow xlAutomatic, xlTop, 2, "Sum of Sales"
where xlTop and 2 mean "show 2 top values"
