How to get to the start up files 1

I cant remember what to type in under run to get to the start-up files, HELP!!!

Yep thats it, But i did remember right afte i posted, but thanks anyway, my problem though is that there is a program that try's to install itself when windows starts and i need to delete it but i cant find it in the start-up, i was trying to install CDWin and all of the install program is not there so i need to find the one set-up start file, any ideas.
