Hi all.
I have a DB that was developed with Office/Access Developer. It imports and exports data. Some users moved from Win98 to Win2k. The issue is that the data's going into the My Documents folder. Well, with Win2K these folders have moved. Is there a way to specify the user's My Documents folder when creting macros to import and export data?

Thanks for your input.

I know that Windows XP has the default set to "C:\Documents and Settings\[UsersNetworkName]\My Documents.

The =Environ(?) function might help. Try this in a text box and see if it correclty returns the location and main directory where your \My Documents\ directory is located.

=Environ("USERPROFILE")
