We have installed Business Objects XI on our Solaris machine. It is not a Windows installation. I have seen documentation about how to use the Business Views but can't find out where to get the Business Views software to install. Any ideas where I can find the Business Views installation if I have a Solaris install CD?

Hi,
AFAIK, Business View programs are Windows only..You would need the BOEXI Client CDs ( for Windows)..Perhaps the Solaris CD set has a set of Client installs for Windows?

IIRC Every platform of XI (Solaris, Linux, AIX, etc) also ships with the Windows CD. You need to install the client components using the Windows media CD.

Thank you for the responses. I have spoken with our systems people and they said we only requested the Unix CD so they will contact sales and get a Windows CD. Thank you.
