How to get Serviceability>CDR records the same day. 1

CUCM Version: 10.5.2.10000-5

When I go to Serviceability>Tools>CDR Analysis and Reporting>CDR>Search>By Phone Number
I can only see last month's call records.
How can I see calls that were made today?
We do not have CDR going to anything, I just need to see today's calls for troubleshooting.

Any input is appreciated
 
I would try bouncing the CDR services. You should definitely see current CDR data but it sounds like you do not even see the past few weeks.

Thanks for the input gnrslash4life.
I tried bouncing the CDR services and still had the same result.
So I ended up rebooting all cucm servers, and that cleared the problem.

Thanks for narrowing down where I should be looking
