Hello,

I need some HELP. I was working on the TN via using the Element Manager virtual terminal. It suddenly logged me off. When I tried to log back and continue to work on the TN, I received the error below. Is there anyway I can get rid of the error below and continue to work on the TN?

Thanks for your help.

SCH6224 - ANOTHER USER IS ALREADY ACCESSING THAT TN.

check it in the morning it most likely will clear

SCH6224 - TN already accessed by another user.
This is more than likely the customer accessing the TN from another TTY (OTM). There could has been a fault where the customers link to the TN has been lost (OTM Ethernet connection down) but as far as the Meridian is concerned the connections still there.
Doing a WHO at the LOGIN > will show the currently logged in TTY's and use of the FORC command i.e. FORC 02 where 02 is the customers TTY will remove the connection.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

thanks for the info but it was not clear. I checked with vendor and Avaya ETask, they advise to INI the system it should clear the error.

They could clear it in pdt too. Would save downtime for your customer.
