Good grief, I've tried to change it to normal time, but I must not be trying hard enough, I can't figure out how to change it.

By the way, the clock I'm talking about, is in the K desktop environment (2.20.00)
I'm running suse 7.3 professional (which is quite an incredible OS IMHO)

I've tried to right click on the clock (it's running in digital mode, btw..) And I get the following options

Type > Plain, Digital, Analog, Fuzzy
Preferences...
Adjust Date & Time...
Date & Time Format...
Copy - Rusty

Under panel properties there is a switch for 12/24 hour time, at least on my version of KDE.
