How to get phone to ring on 2 lines with other number?

Here's the situation. We have two users with M2616 phones. The PBX is opt11c (or successession 3.0 these days i guess). At present they each have their own extension (very basic setup).

Phone1: 3648
Phone2: 3675

Both phones are also configured to forward to other extensions on busy/no-answer (3648 -> 7721, 3675 -> 7775).

What they want to happen is when a call comes into the system for 3675 then both phones should ring. If both phones are busy or no-answer then the call goes to 7775. At the same time calls to 3648 should continue to work exactly as they do now.

Thoughts?

what your looking at is the print of the phone, now do a change.
