How to get path replacement to work

I want to switch two channels with each other with the facility 'path replacement' in QSig.
Example: Extension 301 dials 102 (Qsig TE).
102 puts 301 on hold and dials extension 302 on another b-channel.
After 302 picks up, path replacment is invoked.
Then I see the extension 302 on my display in 301, but the two b-channels stay up and no auio channels are switched.
What to do, did I forgot a setting in the Sopho.

I'm using a sopho IS3000.
