How to get furigana in word 2007?

Hi!

I'd like to set word 2007 to display the furigana (japanese language pronouncination helping characters displayed above the kanji (japanese character) ). I have absolutely no idea where this function can be reached, although I'm sure it's there because older versions did have this feature. How can I make this work???
I'd really appreciate any help!

Tried googling "furigana microsoft word" and the 2nd result was a direct link to a Word file at

I didn't do more than read the file, but it looks doable.

Now all you have to overcome is fear of opening that Word file from the wild. I decided to trust it 'cause colleges are bastions of security and my machine is fairly locked down and backed up.
