Hi all,

I am currently working on a report using Crystal 2008. I have a subreport that I need my fields column headings to print again when the subreport goes over to the following pages (kind of like on a page header). But the subreport only has report header. What can I do?

Please advise.

In the subreport, create a formula:

whilereadingrecords;
""

Insert a group on this and check "repeat group header on each page". Make this group your group #1, by going into the section expert and using the arrow keys. You now have a faux page header within the sub.

Thank you very much for the trick. It definitely works like a charm. What I forgot to tell you was that I actually have 3 different subreports in this report. I am not able to do the same to my second and third. Is there any way to do so on the remainder of my subreports?

I can think of no reason this wouldn't work with any sub. Just be sure that you are making it your Group #1 and also that you check "repeat group header on each page".
