Does anyone know how to get all the CONTACTS into Sharepoint 2003 Portal Server from either the "IMPORT from OUTLOOK" Option or some other way? When I try it from the Import from Outlook option I only get about 12 to 15 users come over.

Thanks,

The best thing to do is to find a distribution list (or have your Exchange admin create one) that contains all email users, and refer to that in the import. I just imported ~400 records using this approach.

I don't understand what you are talking about? I can only import from the OUTLOOK GAL... are you stating that your IT Admin created a new GAL for your exchange and you imported from that? Or from an excel spreadsheet?

You should see the Outlook recipient selection window when you choose this option. Are you not able to see this? If you do, is this where you see only 12 or 15 users?

We have a DL in our GAL that includes all email users. I can see this DL in my list.

(oops; submitted too soon)

Maybe you have a permissions problem?

No permissions problem since I'm the domain administrator. ON the screen you mentioned I see all the users, and when I select them, I only get the 12 or 14 same users each time. I should get all 65, but I don't. They are all configured the same, but I cannot see why they are all not being populated.
